Insigma Technology attended the “Enabling Innovation: UK-China Partnership in ICT” at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Hangzhou on July 23, 2009. The event was sponsored by the British Consulate-General Shanghai, UK Trade & Investment, and the China-Britain Business Council. The event is a strategic initiative launched in October 2008 in Beijing by UK Trade and Investment, the UK government organization that helps UK-based businesses succeed in international markets. The Chinese partner for the event was the Hangzhou High Tech Zone, (HHTZ), of which Insigma is an active and contributive member.

The conference way attended by Lord Davies, Minister for Trade, Investment & Business; and Vice Governor Jin of Zhejiang Provincial government. Also in attendance was Mr. Tang, Director General of Zhejiang Provincial Economy & Information Technology Committee; and the Vice Mayor of Hangzhou People’s Municipal Government, Tong Guili. Three panel discussions about commercializing convergence, how technology drives revenue generation in the supply chain, and global telecom operator collaboration were held, and afterwards a business networking event was scheduled.

Insigma Hengtian Attended the 2nd IOBD Summit

Under the direction of the state Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the Second International Outsourcing Business Development (IOBP) Summit was held ceremoniously in the Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel May 24th -26th, 2009. The Summit was sponsored by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and organized by the Hangzhou Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau.

The meeting gathered more than 500 participants, including senior leaders from relevant governmental departments and renowned experts and scholars from domestic and foreign financial institutions and financial BPO enterprises. They explored into the business solutions and cooperation opportunities for the integration of global enterprises. Under the current financial crisis, this summit was conspicuous, and the attendees discussed and analyzed the future trend of outsourcing service industry under this particular situation.

CEO of Insigma Technology, Lie Shi, and CEO of Insigma Hengtian attended this event. They exchanged views of development in the Chinese outsouring service industry with high-level leaders of the attended multinational corporations and domestic corporations. During the One-on-One Business Discussion, Hengtian's reprensentatives communicated with the potential clients.

At this summit, Sigma Technology was awarded with “°The Best Business Practice on Promoting International Service Outsouring"again.

Insigma Technology is one of the top coporations in the software outsouring industry. The introductory session of the “2010 China Outsourcing Summit” road show was held in Hangzhou in 2010-3-23. As a top outsourcing company in China, Insigma was invited to attend.

The “2010 China Outsourcing Summit” will be opened in Hangzhou from June 15th to 17th. This summit will be held by the China Ministry of Commerce and sponsored by the China International Investment Promotion, the TPI Corporation, and the Hangzhou Government.

On the meeting, Ming Zhou, executive vice president of the China Investment Promotion, gave a presentation about the Summit’s aim. Mr Lingnian Qu, shared his research on how to greater benefit from the summit”. 
 
Michael Rehkopf from TPI shared his analysis on the outsourcing industry. He pointed out that companies will have more business opportunities in 2010, although buyers will be more cautious, and the competition will be fierce.

On the meeting, Guoying Gu, Vice President of Insigma, produced a study with experts and scholars about how to carry out and grow China's service outsourcing enterprises.
