A developer resigned last week. In fact his leaving isn't out of my expectation. But I still have a dinner with two core developers together.
A problem I noticed the developers still wants to having a superstar in this team. I didn't want to be a superstar, because I hope this team independents on me. But maybe I still need to be stronger and to be an example.
Maybe my backup isn't ready to be a leader. Just like me three years ago.
