今天查资料，居然查到自己的以前blog了,看来MMS，ASN.1, XML (SCL)的认真复习一下了。

问题是：KEMA tool : scl checker检查data model,
- visible string 65,报告长度怎么是-65?
- 负号从何得来？
- 长度从哪里的？schema?
- IED中的Data　Model VID怎么为0？
