    ( 环境：windows xp sp2 + IE 6.0)

    1. run IE as administrator members, 然后随便输入一个local address, such as c:\ , 这样 IE 就可以实现explorer的大部分功能。IE 7.0 不能使用这个方法。

     2. 设置一个flat，使explorer可以使用runas. 方法是选中folder option --> view --> “Launch folder windows in a separate process”。 默认是没选上的。重要的一点是这个选项是per-user的，也就是如果你想作为local administrator使用runas运行explorer，那你就要在administrator properties 下选中这个设置。
