Profile:
aspnet_regsql -A p -d DbName -S ServerName -U UserName -P Password

LocalDb Use The Switch(Windows UserID):  -E

Session:
aspnet_regsql -S ServerName -U UserName  -P Password -sstype c -d DbName -ssadd
