Once you installed SQL server incorrectly, it will appear the case of the ePO server can't detect the SQL Server when you carry out the installing. perhaps it is the other situation  that you uninstalled the ePO server and planned to reinstall it. Unfortunately, you encountered the trouble of that i mentioned.
