you can connect it use outlook express(OE)

1 open OE and set up a newsgroup account (Tool - Account - Add - News...)

since pop3 and smtp port has been blocked by out network admin,you could not send/recieve email with this software

2 Fill out your displayname(any) and email(any),then news server you should fill forums.sybase.com

I advise you do not fill company email

3 then subscribe any newgroup you are insterested

4 How to post a Question

then click new post and just like send a email

5 How to reply a topic

choose a topic then click Reply Group,just like post on bbs
